Hygienist Appointment Update
As a patient at 76 Dental you will know that we always endeavour to provide you with the highest quality dental care. With this in mind, we would like to let you know about some changes that will be happening in our practice.
Due to high demand for our hygienist appointments and numerous failed to attend appointments, 76dental will require payment in full when booking future hygienist appointments.
Please be aware that the 48 hour cancellation policy still applies. If you need to cancel or change the appointment, you can transfer the payment to the next appointment or be issued a full refund.
Failure to attend the appointment or a late cancellation within 48 hours will result in the loss of payment.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, hygienist wait times are extremely high, we still have various restrictions in place to avoid cross-infection and therefore we cannot see as many patients as we did prior to the pandemic.
We feel that introducing this new policy will encourage patients to attend their appointments or cancel with enough notice that we can manage the hygienist time effectively and see the maximum amount of patients possible during this period.
