
Meet the Team

Simon has a special interest in Orthodontics and worked in a specialist Orthodontic Practice for over 17 years completing over 2500 cases. Simon is highly experienced in using; Clear aligners, Inman aligners, Removable braces, and Fixed to achieve the best cosmetic results. Simon has now left NHS practice to focus on the care of patients at 76 Dental.
In 2018 Simon completed his Post Graduate Certificate in Medical Education at Wolverhampton University. He is now involved in the teaching of the post graduate students in their first year of qualification. Simon also teaches and mentors foundation dentists in practice where they can benefit from his years of experience and skills.
Simon enjoys spending time with his three young boys, fishing, travelling, wine tasting and sailing where he holds the Yacht-master theory level. He is also the Cub Scout Leader of his local cub-pack. He enjoys hill and mountain walking and is currently working towards his mountain leaders permit.

Oral surgery has always been one of Tom’s keen interests. After qualification he spent several years as a Clinical Assistant in Oral Surgery teaching undergraduate dental students at Birmingham Dental Hospital.
Tom has dedicated many years study to his special interest in Dental Implantology. He has become hugely experienced in the provision of surgical dentistry and dental implants.
Tom is passionate about passing on these skills and experience to other dentists. In recognition of this he was awarded a Post Graduate Certificate in Medical Education. In his role as Educational Supervisor for Health Education England, he works closely in the education and mentoring of Foundation Dentists in their first year of qualification.
Outside dental practice Tom enjoys spending time with family and friends, and playing golf…when he gets time!

Jo also graduated from Birmingham Dental Hospital in 2002. She then went to work in Perth, Australia for six months. Here she worked in emergency dental clinics alongside Oral Surgery Specialists gaining experience in oral surgical techniques.
On returning to the UK she started in General Practice and after training in 2004 began treating very nervous patients with Intravenous Sedation. With her calm and empathic manner, Jo has successfully treated many nervous patients with and without sedation.
In 2007-2008 Jo completed an extensive restorative course in Manchester being tutored by one of the country’s leading specialist restorative dentists. Jo continues to treat all her patients to the highest standards through continuing education and training.
Jo also has a passion for facial aesthetics and now offers anti wrinkle injections and fillers.
The majority of Jo’s spare time is spent with her 3 young boys, going to the gym and horse riding.

Louise has previously worked in a private dental practice treating a range of periodontal conditions and specialising in treating children. She continues her professional development and is working in the practice on clinical and radiography audits.
Louise now offers Sylc therapy. Sylc is a treatment to reduce sensitivity and remove staining to refresh your smile.
In her spare time Louise enjoys spending time with her three young boys, sailing, gardening and, to the whole practices benefit, baking!

Previously Ellie has work in a number of busy NHS and Private practices, where she enjoys treating nervous patients. Her meticulous and gentle approach ensures that once dental health has been achieved, developing further tooth decay or gum disease is avoided. Visiting Ellie or one of our other Hygienists on a regular basis is one of the best investments you will make in your dental health. In her Therapy role, Ellie also carries out restorative work (fillings and other procedures) on both adults and children at the practice.
Away from Dentistry Ellie is kept busy looking after her young daughter but enjoys trying to keep fit with Pilates, running and walks in the great outdoors. When time allows Ellie’s other great passions are skiing and sailing with family.
In her spare time, Meena is a keen gym enthusiast and loves running. She recently set herself the goal of participating in the Birmingham Half Marathon which she successfully completed.
